When teaming up with our Swedish friends at Omnipollo the intention is always to blow minds and break boundaries. After many iterations of heavily fruited once & twice Daily Serving Berliner Weisses, we clearly needed to up the ante and tip the scale.
For this "Daily Intake" collaboration, we've jam-packed OUTRAGEOUS amounts of Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Cranberries to levels we can only translate as THRICE your recommended Serving of thick, fruity goodness (doctor's orders). Milk Sugar is then added with reserved precision to enhance smoothie-like creaminess and delicate sweetness balancing refreshing acidity. Skål!
